Role Description

This is a full-time role located in southeast FL for a Clinical Liaison at Vital Care Infusion Services. The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for coordinating patient care by collaborating with healthcare professionals, managing patient cases, and supporting home care needs. Additionally, the role involves business development efforts, fostering community relationships, and promoting infusion services while supporting rehabilitation and improving patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Case Management and Home Care to ensure effective coordination of patient care and services.
• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to cultivate relationships and expand referral networks.
• Knowledge or experience in Rehabilitation services to support patient recovery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and community members.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site healthcare environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant clinical licensure or certification and experience in healthcare are preferred.
