If you are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to connect with you.* Competitive pay: **$42–$45+/hour BOE*** Flexible part-time scheduling* Supportive leadership and team culture* Opportunities for growth and advancement* Ongoing training and development* Employee appreciation programs### **General Purpose**The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your assigned shift, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of resident care.### **Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality resident care* Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration* Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and care team* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards* Make daily rounds to assess resident care and staff performance* Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions* Support and guide CNAs and LVNs in delivering care* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members### **Qualifications****Education & Experience*** Graduate of an accredited nursing program* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred**Licensure & Certifications*** Current, active California RN license in good standing* Current CPR/BLS certification**Skills*** Strong clinical and assessment skills* Excellent communication and leadership abilities* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong documentation and organizational skills### **Work Environment*** Skilled nursing facility setting* Long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents* Fast-paced clinical environment### **Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement**Westgate Gardens Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
