Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager

Mechanical/HVAC Subcontractor looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant PM

Job duties

* Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
* creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
* Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
* Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team
* Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers
* Extract details from plans when requested
* Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
* Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
* Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
* Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Exel
