Project Coordinator, Installation

Seeking a Project Coordinator, Installation for a well-established manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC . This key role takes responsibility and accountability for managing the full-cycle installation process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

OVERVIEW:
-Manage multiple machine sale-to-installation projects simultaneously, while maintaining ownership of the project plans, communications, deadlines, dependencies, and required customer touchpoints.
-Coordinate closely with colleagues across service, operations, and logistics teams + customers to keep each installation organized and on track.
-Use Salesforce to document the process and maintain visibility into project status and open action items.
-Support consistent communication among everyone involved.
-Ensure installations are completed accurately, potential issues are identified early, responsibilities are followed through to completion, and customers receive consistent, proactive communication throughout the process.
-Create seamless, well-managed, positive customer experience from the initial sold-order handoff through installation and post-installation follow-up.
-Demonstrate project ownership, sound judgment, strong organization, professional persistence.
-Collaborate and coordinate multiple people and priorities without direct authority. 

-1-2 years of installation experience in a manufacturing company required
-Proficient with Salesforce preferred
-Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams required
-Strong communication skills - verbal, written, virtual -Ability to multi-task with excellent customer service delivery
