Senior Art Director

We are seeking a highly collaborative and hands on Sr. Art Director or ACD (Art) to join a fast-paced agency environment supporting healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong conceptual thinker who can also remain deeply involved in hands‑on execution. The Art Director will partner closely with senior creative leadership to develop impactful visual solutions across a range of HCP-focused communications and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is confident in client‑facing environments, comfortable presenting and defending creative work, and capable of translating complex healthcare information into compelling visual storytelling. This individual should bring a balance of big‑picture thinking and tactical execution, with strong agency and pharmaceutical experience. Rate: $75/hr. Responsibilities Lead the development of creative concepts and visual solutions across healthcare, HCP and pharmaceutical integrated campaigns and initiatives Partner closely with senior copy leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated creative work Present and confidently articulate creative ideas and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders Execute and oversee hands‑on design and art direction across a range of tactical deliverables Create HCP-focused communications including brochures, print, digital, congress materials, and supporting campaign assets Ensure creative work maintains brand consistency while meeting strategic objectives and regulatory considerations Collaborate with internal teams in a fast‑paced agency environment to deliver high‑quality work on schedule Contribute both strategically and tactically throughout the creative process from concept through execution Required Qualifications Senior Art Director or ACD (Art) level experience with agency background Demonstrated ability to balance conceptual thinking with hands‑on execution Advanced proficiency in Figma Experience in HCP or healthcare and healthcare agency experience required with samples Strong experience developing HCP (Healthcare Professional) focused integrated campaign materials Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively discuss and defend creative work Experience creating integrated campaigns, brochures, and tactical marketing assets Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and executional detail Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving agency environment If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
