For more information, visit As a Full Time Physician Assistant, PA , you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Mooresville, NC . This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent weekday schedule and no call responsibilities. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM No nights No on-call responsibilities 10 paid holidays This fast-paced onsite clinic provides comprehensive primary and preventive care services to employees only. Providers can expect a mix of scheduled appointments and walk-in visits while working collaboratively with an experienced onsite support team that includes a Medical Assistant and RN Health Center Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a high-visibility headquarters setting. Scenic walking trails Onsite cafeteria and dining options Craft coffee shops onsite Collaborative and supportive team culture Strong work-life balance with predictable daytime hours What You’ll Do Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices Performs other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable) Current NCCPA national certification required Degree from ARC-PA accredited program Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable) Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
