Project Coordinator - Workforce Development | Hybrid

1-year contract | Hybrid - Sacramento (2 days/week onsite) with occasional travel to Fairfield Overview Support execution of workforce development and academic partnership programs within a healthcare system. This is a hands-on coordination role - managing logistics, data, and timelines for student training and clinical placement initiatives - rather than a strategy-setting position. Fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple concurrent initiatives. Responsibilities Track program metrics and maintain accurate documentation/records Prepare reports and program materials Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external academic partners Support project timelines across concurrent initiatives Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy Support stakeholder alignment and communication across teams Required Qualifications 2+ years in program coordination, project coordination, or project management Experience with project management processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination Experience supporting program operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data tracking/reporting tools Experience working with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., academic institutions) Experience with data entry, auditing, and maintaining program records Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with academic partnerships, workforce development, or healthcare education programs Exposure to project management tools, dashboards, or reporting systems Experience with healthcare platforms such as EPIC or similar Experience with grant-related tracking, reporting, or documentation Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field Experience creating program materials, presentations, or training documentation Location/Schedule Sacramento, CA - 2 days/week onsite, with some meetings in Fairfield #J-18808-Ljbffr Zeektek
