Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse (Rn)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, with opportunities to float to other units as needed.

Job Details

Floating Requirements: Flexibility to float between units based on patient care needs.
On-Call: Availability for on-call shifts as required.
Weekend Requirements: Required to work every other weekend.
Shift Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (15:00 - 03:00).
Patient Ratios: Expected ratios of 1:1 and 1:3 for couplets.
Special Requirements: Experience in High Risk OB is essential, with the ability to float to Postpartum and High-Risk Antepartum as needed.

Additional Information

A personal vehicle is required for this assignment.
Travelers are expected to float to different units and facilities based on their skill sets.
Floating to Seaside will include an incentive for hours worked there in addition to mileage reimbursement.
Accommodation will be offered for travelers floating consecutive shifts to Seaside.

Parking: No parking fees charged.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess a current RN license and demonstrate strong clinical skills in Labor and Delivery. Experience in high-risk obstetrics is preferred.
