Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Manhattan/Brooklyn, NY

Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Project Manager requirements:

Strong client-management skills and complete financial ownership of projects
Strong experience running commercial interiors, restaurant, hospitality or office projects
Experience managing projects from planning and buyout through execution, change orders and closeout
Strong scheduling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore
P6 experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of change orders, costs, budgets and project financials
Ability to provide a sample project schedule and sample meeting minutes
Demonstrated ownership—not someone who waits for others to solve problems.
