WhatYou’llDo
- Leadsupplierdevelopmenttoboostquality,capability,anddelivery.
- Runsupplierauditsandcloseactionsfast.
- Qualifynewparts,processes,tooling,andsecondaryoperations.
- Tacklenonconformanceswithsolidroot-causeandcorrectiveaction(8D,5Whys,CAPA).
- PartnerwithEngineeringoncomplextechnicalissues.
- SupportNPI,designreviews,engineeringchanges,andconfigurationcontrol.
- OwnsupplierqualityKPIsanddrivecontinuousimprovementandcost-downactivity.
- Communicateconfidentlywithseniorstakeholdersandescalateissueswhenneeded.
Tobeconsideredforthispositionyouwillneedtohave
- Engineeringdegree(orequivalentexperience).
- 7+yearsinSupplierQuality/QualityEngineeringorengineeringwithincomplexmechanicalorelectro-mechanicalmanufacturing.
- Strongbackgroundwithinanenvironmentthatsourcesmultiplematerialsandcomponents
- ExpertinGD&T,measurementmethods,anddataanalysis.
- UnderstandingofISO9001andpreferablyISO14001
- SkilledinSolidWorks,statisticaltools,andleadingimprovementprojects.
- UnderstandingofProductionPartsApprovalProcess
- PastAuditorexperience,certificationpreferred
- Passport+driver’slicence;abletotravelupto25%.
