Customer Service & Sales Professional

Location: Holland, MI (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Merchant Automotive is the leader in Duramax diesel performance and repair, and we are looking for a motivated, customer-driven  Customer Service & Sales Professional to help grow our brand and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with retail and wholesale customers through phone and email communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
• Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities
• Provide knowledgeable support on products, orders, returns, and technical questions
• Accurately process orders and quotes within company systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with sales, service, shipping, and production teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records
• Represent Merchant Automotive at trade shows and industry events
• Help support continued company growth through strong communication and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Previous automotive, diesel, or performance industry experience preferred
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
