OT - Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care in a long-term acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess acute care experience and be committed to improving patient outcomes through effective therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care
Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and expectations

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current and valid Occupational Therapy Licensure in the state of practice
Relevant acute care experience preferred
