Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 18 Weeks | Night Shift (3x12-Hour Shifts, 19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care across a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule with every other weekend commitment
• Float within the respiratory therapy specialty and to all care areas as needed to support RRT coverage
• Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements as they fall on the assigned schedule
• Maintain compliance with all applicable certifications and facility onboarding requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential required
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• PALS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers with strong pediatric and adult experience may be considered
• Active Maryland state license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (permanent address)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patient populations
• Comfort with floating to various care areas within scope of practice with no restrictions
• Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting
