Professional Tier (6+ Months Experience)
  • Settlement Average: Typical weekly gross of $1,300 - $1,500 .
  • Peak Earnings: Top-performing regional drivers reach $1,700/week .
  • Efficiency Bonus: Gain an additional $0.08 CPM for meeting safety and mileage targets.
  • Operation: 100% no-touch freight; consistent regional lanes.
Graduate Mentorship Program (New Drivers)
  • Paid Skills Development: 4-6 weeks of paid, on-the-road training with a certified instructor.
  • Immediate Revenue: Receive full pay during every week of your mentorship phase.
  • Sign-on Support: $300 Orientation Bonus paid out on your first solo settlement.
  • Career Launch: Transition directly into a solo regional seat upon program completion.
