How you'll make an impact in this role

Direct Patient Care & Care Planning: Deliver comprehensive nursing care following organizational protocols-assessing patient needs, executing physician orders, implementing care plans, and closely monitoring and documenting changes in condition.

Interdisciplinary Coordination & Discharge: Act as the primary coordinator across healthcare disciplines to deliver seamless, holistic patient care and facilitate efficient discharge planning with the full care team.


What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
