This entry-level position is the finishing touch to our vehicle service process and one of the most important roles in the shop. Our Courtesy Technicians are responsible for delivering the clean, polished vehicle our customers drive away in—leaving a lasting impression and reinforcing our commitment to service excellence.What you’ll do as a Courtesy Technician:Check and set all tire pressures to the manufacturer’s specifications.Vacuum floorboards and mats to ensure a clean interior.Clean interior and exterior windows for a streak-free finish.Provide the final quality check before returning the vehicle to the customer.Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive service experience.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service time goals.Why this role matters:The Courtesy Technician role is the most visible part of the service process.
