- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the implementation of behavior change strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers to ensure consistency in applying behavioral techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis to ensure practices remain current and effective.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
