CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE

Location: Laredo, TX 78040 Position Type: PRN Travel Percentage: None Primary Responsibilities Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, hair and nail care, moving residents, responding to calls. Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policy and procedure. Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse. Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries. Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to care plans. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to Charge Nurse. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license. Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age.
