Youth Case Manager - Field Outreach & Multicultural Support

Institute for Child & Family Health, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager in Chicago, IL, to ensure the safety of youth on caseload and manage an estimated caseload of 40 youth. Responsibilities include conducting home studies, coordinating necessary services, and communicating regularly with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in child welfare and case management.
