Warehouse Delivery AssociateThe Warehouse Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting inbound and outbound product processes with accuracy, efficiency, and safety as a priority. This role includes loading, transporting, and delivering products to job sites utilizing a 26ft box truck. The Warehouse Delivery Associate must also receive and organize incoming shipments. This position plays a key role in ensuring successful project execution and contributing to customer satisfaction. As a representative of the company, the Warehouse Delivery Associate is expected to embody Primera's core values of Create Shareholder Value, Personal Accountability, Brand Ambassador, Solutions Driven, and Relationship Centered in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a 26ft, 3-ton box truck for pickups and deliveries.Load, secure, and transport outbound materials from the warehouse to job sites.Offload and stage products at construction sites in accordance with installation requirements.Receive, unload, and inventory inbound materials, verifying accuracy against bills of lading.Pick up materials from suppliers and return them to the warehouse, ensuring correct documentation.Confirm accuracy of all deliveries using company-provided paperwork.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of professional driving experience requiredMust be at least 21 years oldMust have a valid driver's license and a clean MVRAbility to pass a pre-employment background check requiredAbility to read and comprehend safety manuals and procedures requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills requiredExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy requiredAbility to maintain high standards of confidentiality requiredBilingual in Spanish strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel) strongly preferredIndustry experience in homebuilding, construction, or similar fields strongly preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a fast-paced warehouse setting that may include frequent interruptions, loud noise, and time sensitive deadlines to meetStandard warehouse hours apply (Monday through Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM), with occasional flexibility required for evenings and weekends as neededPhysical RequirementsTasks require the ability to exert moderate physical effort, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and 150 lbs. with assistance.
