Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for patients across all ages, from kids to seniors.
• Address chronic conditions, preventive healthcare, urgent matters, and mental health issues with a patient-centered approach.
• Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic data, and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Work closely with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to provide holistic treatment.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and updated patient information.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completed an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current holding of) an active Oklahoma medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
