Community Association Manager (onsite)

Overview Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an onsite Community Association Manager for one of our communities in the Clermont, FL area. The position is full-time (Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with occasional weekends and evenings) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Community Association Managers are responsible for the management and day-to-day implementation of the procedures and programs that will ensure well-managed and maintained property. Emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of Association Board Members and Homeowners. Work with a team; communicate effectively with team members (accounting, administrative, mailroom, architectural review and other support staff). Manage day-to-day operations of on-site or portfolio of communities to ensure excellent service. Property Maintenance: solicit bids, provide comparisons, monitor maintenance programs related to the property, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Owner Representation: act as liaison for resolutions of the property, using sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts. Develop and monitor property budgets to support the financial expectations of the Board and Association. Coordinate, negotiate, and issue vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreement. Prepare a monthly board package for the Board of Directors including management reports, proposals, correspondence and financial reporting. Daily use of company software (Caliber), Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel for communication and follow-through. Qualifications Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager . Experience in an environment requiring high levels of customer service; highly motivated and confident professional; excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented; proven leadership and problem-solving skills; competent in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with financial reports and budgets. 2+ years’ work experience in Association Management with prior people and project management experience with condominiums, apartments, hotels, time-shares, developer, townhomes or homeowner’s associations. Strong working knowledge of Florida Statute 718 (Condominium Law), including compliance, governance, and operational requirements for condominium associations. Preferred Experience managing RV resorts or lifestyle-driven residential communities. Knowledge of hospitality or resort operations, with emphasis on resident and guest experience, amenity management, and service standards.
