Truck Driver

Home Time: Weekly | Pay: $1,550 to $1,650 per week Freight: 100% no-touch dry van | Location: Durham, NC

Driver-friendly regional freight and easier route planning provide CDL-A truck drivers with steady dry van work, weekly home time, and organized scheduling across the lower 48. Weekly pay is $1,550 to $1,650.

Equipment: Drivers are assigned brand new Freightliner trucks with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Lower 48 freight coverage provides steady dry van work with weekly home time. Dispatch works with drivers throughout the week to coordinate route timing, freight assignments, and an easier progression through scheduled loads.

Advance load planning helps limit downtime between assignments and supports consistent weekly mileage. Year-round freight availability helps maintain regular dry van movement.

Drivers work with dispatch to coordinate pickup schedules, delivery windows, and upcoming loads. Organized route planning provides a clearer weekly workflow while helping drivers maintain steady progress throughout their assigned routes. Consistent communication throughout the week helps drivers know what is coming next and keeps freight assignments organized as they progress toward scheduled home time.

All freight is 100% no-touch dry van throughout the lower 48. No loading or unloading allows drivers to remain focused on driving, delivery timing, and safe operation.

Orientation: Orientation is paid, with hotel and travel expenses covered. Following orientation, drivers receive their assigned truck and are routed home to collect their belongings before beginning their regular freight schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years
• Dry van or reefer experience with a CDL-A tractor-trailer is preferred
