Talent Assessment Senior Manager & Analytics Lead

Capital One in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Manager on the Talent Assessment team within Talent Acquisition. You will design, validate, and implement innovative selection tools to help secure outstanding and diverse talent across the enterprise.
You will lead analyses, communicate results to diverse audiences, mentor team members, and collaborate with HR partners to improve candidate experience and drive business results in a hybrid work model.
