Surgical Technologist - OR

Seeking a dedicated Surgical Technician to join the perioperative team, working under RN supervision to deliver safe, effective intraoperative patient care. Responsibilities Include Applying aseptic techniques and maintaining a sterile environment during surgeries Assisting with surgical setup, supplies, equipment, and patient positioning Performing sterilization, disinfection, and equipment maintenance Supporting teamwork and communication within the surgical team Participating in room turnover and ensuring a safe, efficient operating room environment Providing scrubbing duties and training for students and residents Qualifications Associate's Degree or Surgical Technology Certificate (or equivalent experience) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days Competence in scrubbing basic surgical procedures, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and sterile technique Ability to problem solve and demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, equipment, and patient care concepts Skills And Attributes Include Attention to safety, legal requirements, and infection control Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot and handle technical aspects of surgical procedures This role offers opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits in a state-of-the-art surgical environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
