Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: 1 N Waukegan Road AP32 North Chicago IL 60064
Duration: 12+ Months (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $32.56/hr
Shift: 1st (Monday to Friday)
Schedule: JHYBRID ( 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Job description: 

This role supports the Global Talent Acquisition organization by providing operational and technical support across Talent Acquisition systems and processes. The position is responsible for managing support requests, executing requisition assignments, troubleshooting ATS and CRM issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of operational and technical inquiries.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Operations, system administrators, and technology teams, this role investigates system and process issues, maintains operational documentation, and ensures efficient and consistent execution across Talent Acquisition technologies. The role also contributes to operational excellence by identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Talent Acquisition support requests, troubleshooting, escalations, and resolution.
• Execute requisition assignments, user access requests, data updates, and other system transactions across Talent Acquisition platforms.
• Troubleshoot ATS, CRM, and recruiting technology issues and partner with technology teams and vendors to resolve complex requests.
• Investigate and resolve system, workflow, and data-related issues while ensuring adherence to established processes and service-level expectations.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and support documentation.
• Monitor support trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy across Talent Acquisition systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting systems, operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, or related business processes.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ATS, CRM, ServiceNow, Workday, SmartRecruiters, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing system transactions, support requests, or operational workflows in a high-volume environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system and process-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service-level expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
