Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an Interventional Radiology setting, supporting a variety of IR and special procedures
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status before, during, and after interventional procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe procedural environment by adhering to sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Georgia (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced IR lab environment
• Familiarity with IR equipment, contrast administration, and procedural support
• ACLS certification
