Quality Environment Health Safety Manager

Job Summary Oliver Inc. is a leading printing and packaging company committed to sustainability and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality & EHS Manager to lead our quality systems, environmental health & safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within our manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, cGMP programs, customer complaint systems, and outside processing quality control. Oversee quality KPIs, corrective action processes, internal audits, and customer complaint resolution initiatives. Chair customer complaint review meetings and maintain strong customer communication to ensure timely resolution. Manage regulatory compliance initiatives related to ISO, AIB, FSC, and packaging industry standards. Conduct and coordinate internal quality and safety audits, including customer and third-party audits. Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and document control procedures. Lead and mentor Quality Assurance team members through coaching, development, and performance management. Maintain and improve plant safety programs, safety inspections, and safety equipment management. Deliver employee training related to ISO, AIB, safety standards, and quality systems. Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and leadership teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Quality and/or EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems, cGMP requirements, safety and OSHA regulations, corrective action and continuous improvement processes. Experience managing audits, compliance programs, and customer quality initiatives. Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience within the printing, packaging, folding carton, or converting industry. Strong understanding of printing, finishing, and folding carton manufacturing processes.
