Licensed Customer Service Representative (4-40) Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Customer Service Representative (4-40) to join a growing team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth agency operations. Process policy change requests, endorsements, and updates with accuracy. Assist with underwriting, policy rewrites, re-quotes, reinstatements, and cancellations. Manage policy renewals and review billing accounts with insureds. Obtain necessary underwriting information, signatures, and supporting documentation. Process customer payments and maintain accurate client records in the agency management system. Prepare and provide proof of insurance documents, including binders, certificates, ID cards, and declarations pages. Document all customer interactions in compliance with agency procedures. Support general administrative duties, departmental projects, and office operations. Qualifications/Requirements Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
