Staffing Coordinator

Position Overview Join our team at Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center as a Staffing Coordinator. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full‑time opportunity. Same Day Pay. 4‑5 days a week and every other weekend. Pay rate: $25‑$27 per hour depending on experience. No Frills Program for Full‑Time Employees: if you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3 per hour on top of your base pay. Qualifications Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and nursing care at all times. Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler and Payroll within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units. Complete and post worksheets/time schedules. Coordinate variances with the DNS. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff. Other duties as assigned.
