Oracle PL Consultant CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle PL Consultant opening for our client. Location Phoenix, AZ or Remote Duration Long-term contract Duties Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages to support regulatory reporting requirements Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze regulatory reporting needs Develop and maintain Regulatory Reporting data pipelines and processing logic Work with Apache Airflow to manage and schedule workflows Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in data used for regulatory and compliance reporting Support the implementation of enhancements and fixes in the reporting platform Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members Skills Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle PL/SQL Proficiency in OFSAA and Java Solid understanding of Regulatory Reporting and related data processing Working knowledge of Apache Airflow Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance Reports Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills Nice to have Experience with Axiom / Adenza Experience Minimum of 5 years in Oracle PL/SQL development roles Experience working within regulatory reporting or financial services domains Background in handling large datasets with a focus on data integrity and compliance Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field Benefits Salary range: $50/hour to $54/hour.
