Network Engineer

We are looking for a senior systems engineer - network to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance network infrastructure. This role leads complex initiatives, ensures reliability, and partners with cross-functional teams to support enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. What You'll Do Develop, maintain and execute on disaster recovery / redundancy strategies. Subject Matter Expert of one or more technology Domains. Partnering with vendors and enterprise teams on emerging best practices, patterns and technology. Proactively learn emerging platforms and related technology. Ability to solve complex technical issues and enable/teach peers to be self-sufficient. Establish and maintain best practices as it relates to compliance, security, privacy and legal requirements. Anticipate deviations from standard practices and find practical ways to move forward. Closely follow industry trends relevant to your domain and understand how to apply them to your work as appropriate. Break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable ones, and help others to do the same. Understand what tools are available and useful for your domain, how they work, and the sorts of situations and problems for which they're useful. Use them effectively and teach them to your teammates. What You'll Bring to the Hire Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 4-5 years professional experience. 5 years' experience with at least one OS/hosting platform. 4 years' experience with Cloud based PaaS and SaaS. platforms and integration points to On Prem infrastructure. 5 years' experience with monitoring and performance management of systems. 5 years' experience with Scripting development. 5 years' experience with networking knowledge. 4 years' experience with modern development and scripting languages. Experience with CICD concepts, and tools, branching strategies and leveraging knowledge to assist in delivering an infrastructure as a product. Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Deep expertise in enterprise network design, implementation, and operations Strong experience with routing, switching, firewalls and network security Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive technical decisions Experience supporting hybrid cloud network environments Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on reliability and scalability #J-18808-Ljbffr Programmers.io
