You’ll be: Assisting in production line operations to ensure accurate manufacturing of products Operating facility equipment and technology tools to mix, grind, pack, weigh, palletize, and move materials (including forklift operation) Physically moving ingredients and finished products using equipment and manual lifting MUST NOT be afraid of heights Regularly interacting with team members and managers to achieve goals and adapt to changes Strictly adhering to safety policies and procedures Following expectations to ensure high-quality product specifications, cleanliness, and compliance with detailed instructions Performing other related duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong results orientation Demonstrate good attendance, accuracy, and responsibility Possess good communication skills and can follow policy and job expectations Utilize a growth mindset to learn standard operating procedures and product requirements Have experience using math skills; Microsoft Office and ERP software experience in a production setting is a plus Are comfortable working on your feet, walking, bending, stretching, lifting, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks Can regularly lift up to 50 pounds in a heavy manufacturing environment Have manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate and inspect machinery Can work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, heights, loud noise, and regular climbing of ladders (sometimes up to 150 feet), with the use of PPE Hold a high school diploma or GED Forklift operation and experience with OSHA safety compliance are preferred What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
