Lead Physician - Integrated Care for Homeless Patients

Circle the City seeks a practicing physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to provide direct care to patients and lead a multidisciplinary clinical team at the Medical Respite Center. The role includes coordinating care, teaching residents, and collaborating with behavioral health to integrate services for an exclusively homeless population.
