CDL A Solo and Team Drivers

HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS – WE KEEP YOU ROLLING!

We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team and Solo Drivers.

• Pay:
• Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID
• Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID
• Mileage:
• Most teams average 5,000–5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)
• Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week
• Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split
• Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days
• What We Offer:
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Per Driver)

• Paid Time Off:
• Earn 2.31 hours weekly (equals 3 weeks per year)

• Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)
• Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops
• Breakdowns & weather delays covered
• Orientation pay: $500

• Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic

Requirements:

• Must be 24 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
• Must have a Clean MVR and Background
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
