Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for sales development, management, satisfaction, and order fulfilment in line with mutually defined sales goals and expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist Management to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our machinery, molds and industry support.
- Collaborate with the design, engineering and production teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional support and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring timely follow-up to secure orders.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
- Provides input and direction for creating strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist development partners in promoting sales.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Delivers sales presentations to clients and prospects.
- Meets with clients and prospects, to maintain or develop relationships, negotiating and order booking.
- Coordinates liaison to Sales Coordinator, manufacturing facilities, HQ, and other sales related units.
- Perform any other duties assigned or delegated by the manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
