What You'll Do

As a Press Operator, you'll play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating stamping presses and metal-forming equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stamping presses and secondary metal processing equipment
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Make minor feeder and stock guide adjustments to maintain proper material flow
  • Run both single-stroke hand-feed and automatic press operations
  • Perform in-process inspections to verify part quality and minimize scrap
  • Ensure parts are produced accurately according to engineering specifications and prints
  • Conduct daily machine safety inspections
  • Perform data entry and production reporting within company systems
  • Operate a forklift regularly to move materials and finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience operating stamping presses or manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience are beneficial
No press experience? No problem. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Equipment You'll Use
  • Stamping presses
  • Metal-forming and fabricating equipment
  • Material handling equipment, including forklifts
  • Computer systems for production tracking and data entry
Physical Requirements

This position is performed on the manufacturing floor and requires:
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and kneeling
  • Ability to work safely around industrial machinery
  • Ability to move materials and parts throughout the production area
