Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 06 Months

Pay rate: $34.00-$37.00 W2

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Schedule:

Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

Week 2 Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday

Hours: 9:00A 5:30P

Administer vaccinations & injections (Flu, COVID, TB, etc.)
Take vital signs and assist with patient care
Support providers during emergency situations
Manage patient intake, registration & scheduling
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
Experience with immunizations & patient education
EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
BLS Certification (CPR & AED)
Active LPN/LVN license
