Concept Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Lake Orion, MI . This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive rehabilitation team.

- Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and goals

- Document patient care accurately and timely

- Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and techniques
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and independence
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
