You will also engage with life‑sciences stakeholders to understand their challenges and tailor AI solutions accordingly. Your role involves researching, building, and implementing scalable artificial intelligence systems that learn and make predictions tailored to business requirements across various environments, including cloud and on‑premises. You will enhance data pipelines and storage, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and optimized. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate learning processes to continuously improve high‑performance models, collaborating with other data and analytics professionals to industrialize analysis. Compliance with healthcare regulations will guide your work on life‑sciences applications. Responsibilities Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects. Continuously improve processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis. Manage and supervise professional teams, delivering complex technical initiatives with accountability for performance. Engage actively with clients, participating in daily working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life‑sciences domain. Collaborate with life‑sciences professionals to tailor AI solutions that enhance commercial and patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows. Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics. Qualifications 4‑year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). 6‑10 years of full‑time experience in AI, data science, and/or machine learning; 2‑4 years of direct team management. Strong Python skills; experience with Python libraries such as scikit‑learn and PyTorch. Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform. Proficiency in generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, DALL‑E, LangChain, RAG). Experience with NLP, deep learning, and ML packages. Extensive DevOps experience (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of MLOps, data ingestion, transformation, evaluation, and monitoring. Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, operations research, SQL, Pandas, Spark, and deep learning techniques. Experience with life‑science commercial operations data standards and interoperability protocols. Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements. Leadership experience managing teams and change. Strong relationship‑building skills; commercial acumen and negotiation. Digital fluency and emotional agility. Advanced degrees or experience in quantitative fields is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $125,500 to $230,200 across U.S. locations (with higher ranges for major metros).
