Job Overview. Overhaul Carriers Ltd., CDL Class A Local Home Daily for Experienced Truck Drivers Only. Compensation: $1530 to $1750 per week. Home Daily: Tues to Sat starts between 1600 - 2300, AM AND APP WILL DISCUSS AVAILABILITY ON THE WELCOME CALL. WHAT EVER SHIFT THEY AGREE TO WILL BE THE DRIVERS SHIFT. Drivers can expect to work 12 hour days. Operating Area: Drivers on this local job will operate in a 250-mile radius of Jersey City, NJ. Miles per week: 1900., No Touch Freight. Duties: Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time. Requirements: Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license. Clean motor vehicle record and background checks. Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test. Moving Violation: No more than 2 in the last 3 years. Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations. Accident: No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years. No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years. Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets. No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years. Misdemeanors: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old. If Driver has 2 DUI’s, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
