Customer Retention Specialist – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time – Lafayette Hill, PA (within 19444; new location in 19119) Overview We are a growing State Farm independent contractor agency seeking a service‑oriented Customer Retention Specialist who excels at supporting existing policyholders. The role focuses on renewals, changes and questions while identifying coverage gaps and turning conversations into in‑book sales opportunities. Success is measured by customer satisfaction and monthly sales goals achieved through a needs‑based, customer‑first approach.
