An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Stockton, CA area for a Jr. Associate – Personal Injury Attorney ** ****** to join a strong close-knit legal team. Required work experience includes:

• ** 2+ years ** of Personal Injury ** ****** experience ** ****( _ ** plaintiff side _ _ )_ is a _ ___ MUST
• _ Candidates with related experience in _ _ ** Premises **_ _ Liability _ , _ ** Toxic ** _ Torts _ , _ ** Slip ** _ and _ ** Falls ** _ , _ _ ** Wrongful **_ _ _ Death _ , _ ** Catastrophic ** _ Injury _ , _ ** TBI ** _ , etc. are also encouraged to apply
• Experience with Pre-Litigation processes and procedures ( _ i.e. drafting demand letters and complaints, legal strategy, identifying all potential defendants, hiring experts, reviewing medical records, working with insurance companies, etc _.) is a MUST
• ** C ** _ ** alifornia **_ _ ___ Bar _ _ admission _ is a _ ** MUST **
• _ ** Juris **_ _ ___ Doctor _ _ degree _ from an accredited Law School is a _ ** MUST **
• Ability to communicate complex legal terms in Spanish is a ** PLUS **
