Pay: $65,000–$85,000 per year (average) | Commission + optional 6-week base draw

What You'll Do
Build relationships with local business owners and employees
Conduct needs-based consultations and present insurance options
Enroll clients and provide follow-up support
Manage your schedule, appointments, and goals
Participate in weekly training and coaching for continued growth
