Job: Receptionist - EmmUcare Home Health
Location: In person
Pay: $13-$16 an hour

What Youll Do

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Answer and route incoming calls take accurate messages return voicemails and monitor the Call Dashboard.
• Provide courteous assistance to clients caregivers families and medical supply customers.
• Schedule and update appointments including rescheduling and cancellations.
• Organize documents enter information accurately and maintain electronic and paper records.
• Review incoming communications and distribute documents to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with medical supply store operations and monitor office supplies.
• Keep the front desk and shared office spaces organized and ready for visitors.
• Use printers copiers scanners and office software to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate concerns promptly protect confidential information and assist with projects assigned by management.
