Case Associate - Federal

THIS ROLE IS Part-Time 10-15 hours a week

Summary

This position is responsible for assisting program monitors and case managers complete various daily administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform resident home and employment site checks as needed.
Review logs and the written documents of program monitors for accuracy and content.
Prep resident case files and disseminate to assigned case manager.
Assist in maintaining case files.
Serve as a member of the case file review committee.
Serve facility as a liaison for treatment and programming services with referral agencies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Facility Director or Assistant Director.

Requirements

Experience and Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated past experience in dealing with the public
Human service experience preferred
Knowledge of corrections or substance abuse environments helpful
