Our practice is dedicated to creating innovative contemporary architecture and urban design that seeks to reinvent the potential of the 21st century city. The focus of our practice is new buildings, innovative adaptive re-use, creative public spaces, and the transformation of urban edges, gaps, and interstices to make communities more sustainable, resilient, and livable. We are seeking talented a senior architect with solid construction document and construction administration experience, REVIT competence and technical acumen to turn ideas into reality. Candidates Should Have The Following Qualifications 8+ years work experience in creative firms for architecture and urban planning 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree / Master of Architecture degree a plus Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to produce sets and maintain project schedule and budget Experience with all phases of a project – concept through construction administration with focus on construction documents and construction administration Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task Ability to build relationship with clients, manage project expectations and problem solve Strong command of NYC building codes, zoning regulations Technical proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore Our Studio engages a diverse clientele and an extraordinary range of project types.
