We're looking for an Event Coordinator to join our Business Development team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients across Jacksonville and beyond. This role directly supports one of our Senior Account Managers and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a wide variety of high-profile events.

• Support the planning and execution of corporate, nonprofit, private, and community events.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and internal planning sessions.
• Create and maintain event proposals, timelines, diagrams, pull sheets, and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, and internal departments to ensure every detail is covered.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
• Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
• Help solve challenges in real time and ensure every event is executed at the highest level.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Passionate about customer service and building relationships.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with a wide range of people.
• Experienced in event planning, hospitality, marketing, customer service, nonprofit events, or a related field (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
