Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours may vary depending on workload and jobsite. Paid overtime available.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Refrigeration Technician to join a growing team. This position is responsible for installing refrigeration piping systems, running copper refrigerant lines, soldering/brazing connections, pressure testing systems, and assisting with commercial HVAC installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and run copper refrigerant lines for commercial HVAC systems.
• Solder/braze copper piping and fittings to industry standards.
• Pressure test refrigeration systems to verify proper installation and identify leaks.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install refrigeration piping.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable mechanical codes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work effectively with project managers and installation crews to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• Experience running copper refrigeration lines is required.
• Proficient in soldering/brazing copper piping.
• Experience pressure testing refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow installation specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to various jobsites throughout the Northwest Arkansas area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions and jobsite environments.
