Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Newport Post Acute (SNF)

Join our team at Newport Post Acute as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay! Pay Rate: $29-$33 an hour (all inclusive). Available Shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM. No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
